Chantarell pasta

Mmm Chantarells.


1 clove of garlic

Chantarells washed and cut

1/2 onion cut small

1/2 cube of boullion

1 glass of water

1- 1. 1/2 tbsp sourcream

pepper/ paprika spice

cooked pasta

  1. Wash the Chantarells and cut them or not, what ever you like.

  2. Cut the garlic and the onion and add them in with the Chantarells in a frying pan with some butter.

  3. When the onion have carmilized add the water and boullion cube and let simmer until slightly reduced. (5-10 minutes, The Chantarells needs to be cooked)

  4. Add the sourcream and stirr together.

  5. Taste and add spices until perfect.

  6. Serve with pasta of your choice.

Mmmm ... So Good.
