1 clove of garlic
Chantarells washed and cut
1/2 onion cut small
1/2 cube of boullion
1 glass of water
1- 1. 1/2 tbsp sourcream
pepper/ paprika spice
Wash the Chantarells and cut them or not, what ever you like.
Cut the garlic and the onion and add them in with the Chantarells in a frying pan with some butter.
When the onion have carmilized add the water and boullion cube and let simmer until slightly reduced. (5-10 minutes, The Chantarells needs to be cooked)
Add the sourcream and stirr together.
Taste and add spices until perfect.
Serve with pasta of your choice.
