Healthy raw vegetable juice (You will need a juicer)

I started by juicing

1 peeled raw beetroot (red)

3 stalks of celery

1 lemon wedge (only the meat if it is not organic)

1 thumbnail size piece of ginger

3 grapes

1 tomato

Celery, tomato and beetroots have cancer-fighting properties. I am still getting used to the veggie juice but most of what is in this is super healthy for your body so I will have to get used to it.

Yesterday evening I also prepared a chia/oat pudding.

1 cup oats

1 1/2 banana

1 cup blackberries frozen

1 1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp chia seeds

I mashed the banana and put a bottom layer of banana in the yar, then I mixed the oat & Shia seeds with the pumpkin and sunflower seeds and spiced it with the ground cinnamon. Mixed it with the almond milk. Then I added a layer of blackberries over the mashed banana, then a layer of Shia/oat mix and so on until the yar is full. I put a lid on it and put it in the fridge to eat the next morning.
